OU safety Javon Hagan has been getting quite a bit of media attention this week after he stealthily swiped a sweat towel from a Kansas player during last Saturday’s otherwise not particularly fun to watch game. Hagan himself even proudly tweeted an ESPN clip of the moment.

Following the 2016 election, artist Kasey Jones and photographer Emily Webb felt the need to speak out for minority groups in the Athens area. They co-curated “In the Margins,” an exhibition of art with themes of marginalized groups.

Many Ohioans are unable to name their elected representative or even identify which of the state’s 99 districts they live in.

Despite this lack of recognition, Ohio’s state legislators, both in the House and the Senate, put significantly more time into their jobs than legislators in many other states do, from deciding how to vote to simply finding a way to get to and from the statehouse.
